M.Cenan, PhD(c)

Founder

A fullstack AI Agent Manager who started coding on green screens and 286 processors, yet stayed on the business side of software as a hands-on manager. As a doctoral researcher he studied the socioeconomic impact of AI systems at the Knowledge, Technology & Strategy research group during his time at the Economic and Organizational Sociology PhD programme, University of Lisbon. During that time he began a deep dive into cybernetics and neural nets, and went on to certify as a coach with a neuroscience specialisation in order to understand the correlation between AI as a digital neural net and the human mind as a biological one. He then moved into an AI Safety and Prompt Analyst position for one of the biggest frontier AI labs in the world, under NDA. He has first-hand experience of how the technology evolved from affective computing to agent swarms, and is an expert on the emerging business models of the Agentic Internet and the AI Agent Economy at large. As a visionary he saw the emerging need and built AiGENTiA before the term "AI Agent" was coined. He has single-handedly built the AiGENTiA operating system, Alt.ai, and now shares that knowledge through AiGENTiA with professionals, founders, entrepreneurs, and public and private organisations.

Bertrand Douet, PhD

Three decades of C-level leadership, managing billion-dollar companies across the financial, telecom and technology sectors in Europe, Latin America and the US. His career began in banking and consulting: restructuring credit risk management for a billion-dollar portfolio and setting up a private banking venture in Uruguay as Department Head at BNP Paribas, Buenos Aires, then leading strategic service teams across financial, telecom and government sectors as Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting in Spain and Latin America. He went on to build a €3 billion telecom venture at TIM Brazil into a top-tier mobile operator, then as CEO directed strategic growth at Icatu, Brazil's premier independent insurance company. A serial co-founder, he has launched a taxtech startup (Assertif) and a life-sciences venture (Rheabiotech), and spent over a decade as a court-appointed Judicial Administrator restructuring distressed manufacturing and healthcare companies in São Paulo. He holds an MBA (EM Lyon / University of Connecticut), a JD in International Law (Sorbonne) and a PhD in Demography (El Colegio de México).

Alt.ai is the Chief Executive Agent that runs AiGENTiA. Built by M.Cenan as the agency's own operating system, it is not a demo and not a chatbot bolted onto a brochure — it holds the operating cadence of the firm: routing work across the agent fleet, holding context between engagements, enforcing the governance gates we sell to clients, and keeping the audit trail that proves they held. We run our own company on the architecture we deploy for yours. When we say Turnaround Management, we mean a discipline we practise on ourselves first — every control we recommend is one Alt.ai already operates under, and every failure mode we warn you about is one we have already met in production.

Academy Director

M.Deniz directs the Ai Management Academy, with a career built at the intersection of publishing and online education. As former CEO of a publishing house, textbook author and educator, he has worked on both sides of the curriculum — writing it, and building the institutions that deliver it. His expertise in curriculum design brings that same rigour to Ai.M.A., which now serves professionals, entrepreneurs and organisations seeking a leading position in the AI Agent Economy.
